Welcome to Philly!
Wondering what to do and where to stay in the City of Brotherly Love? Look no further!
Where to Fly Into: Airports
Local airports surrounding Philadelphia are PHL (Philly proper), EWR (Newark, NJ - 1 hour and 45 mins driving from the area) and JFK (New York City - 2 hours.) Tuesday is when flights often change in price so check often. Tuesday and Wednesday are the cheapest days of the week for departure.

EWR is usually the most economically friendly.

B. The Rocky Steps & Statue - Snap a picture with the Rocky statue, originally created for a scene in Rocky III and now a real-life monument. Then, of course, follow the tradition of running up the famous steps of the Art Museum of Philadelphia. C. LOVE Park - Located in the John F. Kennedy Plaza, this park features the iconic LOVE sign which has been there for almost 50 years (We're looking at you 2026!) Free! https://www.visitphilly.com/things-to-do/attractions/love-park/

D. Elfreth's Alley - Walk one of the oldest streets in America, dating back to the year 1703. Thirty-two houses that make up the neighborhood with the "youngest" having been built in 1836. There is even a small museum on the street. Admission is only $3. https://www.elfrethsalley.org/
E. Gooey Looie's - If you want a Philly cheesesteak the real way (without gimmicks or green bell peppers) hit up this bodega not too far from the city's center. While you're at it, grab a water ice (no, it's not the same as ice water) from Fred's along with a "8" shaped Philly pretzel to feel like a true Philadelphian.
